Help! I can’t find my return label.
Don’t worry—Nossiso packages do not include return labels. Please contact us at info@Nossiso.com, and we’ll help you with your return or exchange.


What is the return policy?

  • All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • If you want to return an item or are experiencing issues returning within the 30-day window, contact info@Nossiso.com.
  • You must provide your order number and tracking information for the returned package. The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if I’ve used the item?
Please note that items used for more than 30 days cannot be replaced or refunded.


How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear on your bank statement, for both credit card payments and Klarna transactions.


What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

What is the return process if I am not satisfied with the product?

Yes, you can return items within 30 days of receiving your package. Here’s what to do:

  1. Safely pack the items in a box.
  2. Attach the shipping label directly to the package's address side, ensuring it covers any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping adjacent sides.
  3. Use the provided address and apply the correct postage.
  4. Send the package from your nearest post office or a courier service of your choice.
  5. Email the tracking information to info@Nossiso.com.

If you received a defective product, it’s crucial to email info@Nossiso.com before returning your order. We’ll assist you with the return procedure and provide a suitable resolution.


NOTE:

  • If your order was not purchased through www.Nossiso.com, the return policy of the store where you purchased the product applies.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the courier service you choose.
  • If the received items are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer will not be charged for shipping fees.
